Registration Guidelines

Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates
Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area if provided during the conference
Registration is non-transferable
PG Students will have to submit a 'No Objection Letter from the Head of Department/Institute'
Registration confirmation will be received via email / SMS on your registered mobile number after receiving your payment
For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card as per the availability for particular conference. The disbursal of the delegate kit will also be subject to availability
Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit will be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with a copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt
Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event
Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings
Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student
The registration fees is refundable in case of cancellation of the conference based on the cancellation and refund policy mentioned on the website. However, it will be adjusted against the conference fee on accomplishment of the conference.
