Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund amount is determined by how many days before the conference start date the cancellation request is received.

100% Refund

On or before 7 July 2026

full refund of the registration fee

50% Refund

8 July – 21 July 2026

of the registration fee

20% Refund

22 July – 3 August 2026

of the registration fee

No Refund

On or after 4 August 2026

no refund of the registration fee

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ams2026ahmedabad@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed after the conference and credited to the original mode of payment within 30 working days.
Any applicable bank / payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
